Boasting 700 sq ft of indoor living space as well as an additional 400 sq ft of outdoor living, it is a tropical paradise. The OASIS features an open-concept living space along with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a cook's kitchen. Each bedroom features a king size pillow top bed with plenty of storage to unpack and enjoy your stay. The cook's kitchen is fully equipped with amenities (microwave, coffee machine, toaster oven, blender), a complete array of spices and seasonings, and all the utensils you will need to make a home cooked meal. An outdoor dining area that seats up to 10 under warm patio lights is equipped with a gas BBQ to throw your fresh caught fish on.

Whether you're a couple or traveling solo, the upstairs SUNRISE is where you'll want to be to witness the sun come up over Cerralvo Island. The SUNRISE features a 400 sq ft studio floor plan with an additional 600 kitchen boasting a beautiful brick cupola, king size bed, and a private patio off the bedroom round out this exquisite stay. The outdoor dining space seats up to 6 underneath a shady veranda with a gas BBQ. Veranda covered patios with warm patio lighting, chaise lounges, and couch seating make for magical nighttime relaxation.

Cortez / $150 per night/ Two Night minimum

The Cortez Casita is situated beach-side, right on the sand with fantastic views of the water and is a perfect location for Kiters, fishing enthusiast, or those looking for simplicity. Enter through a quaint courtyard where you can relax and unwind. At 260 sq ft the Cortez Casita houses a king size bed that can be separated into 2 twin beds if desired. The private bathroom is roomy and architecturally pleasing boasting a unique turret shower. An efficiency kitchen (Frig, microwave, a bbq, coffee machine) is designed for lighter living.

Sirena / $150 per night/Two night minimum

The Sirena Casita is situated garden-side with fantastic views of the water and a tropical vibe like "Gilligan's Island". Enter through a quaint courtyard where you can relax, catch up on some reading or just get some rays. At 260sq ft the Sirena Casita comes with a king size bed that may be separated into 2 twin beds if desired. The private bathroom is roomy and pleasing boasting a unique turret shower. An efficiency kitchen (compact refrigerator, microwave, bbq, coffee machine) is designed for lighter living.

C A S A  C O R A Z O N / rATES starting at $750 per night/ four night minimum

Bring your family and friends and enjoy an entire property rental. Casa Corazon can accommodate up to 12 people (with the use of two twin rollaway beds). With 1620 sq ft of total indoor living space as well as ample outdoor living area, and white sandy beaches for miles, it is a vacationers dream. A tiled foot bath is welcoming to wash off your sandy feet from the beach. The property also has an outdoor equipment wash-off area adjacent to the outdoor shower and bathroom.

Paddleboards (Included for your enjoyment) are at the ready for flat cruising days. Head up towards the hot springs or just paddle out towards a multitude of reefs for fish gazing.The property has a few kayaks if you want to go out and try your hand at fishing. There are lockable equipment rooms to store your gear in a secure space.
